We are seeking a professional Cleaning Technician to join our team and provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients in Ocean City, NJ and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, good communication skills (verbal and written), self-motivation, and a positive attitude. You must be authorized to work in the United States, able to pass a background check, have reliable transportation to and from clients' properties, and able to follow agreed procedures and standards in work and provide safe and effective service to others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas in residential, vacation rental, office, and commercial spaces
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment!
- Using proper cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the cleaning manager
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to be a team player but also able to work on own initiative and independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from clients' properties
- Ability to follow agreed procedures and standards in work and provide safe and effective service to others.
- Honesty, transparency, and not afraid to admit when a mistake is made.
Working Conditions:
- Physical demands include bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods of time.
- This is a per diem position, with opportunities for additional hours, and overtime.

Pay is $20.00 per hour during the week and $25.00 per hour on Weekends.
